Backfolk, formerly Tecra Space, runs token campaigns in USDC on Polygon and monthly support for creators. We build the software. The money goes to a campaign contract or straight to the creator, never to us.

They apply to every campaign on Backfolk, the ones we promote and the ones we do not.
A token campaign succeeds only when it passes its minimum goal (soft cap). If it misses, every supporter takes back the full payment.
Token pledges wait in the campaign contract until the end date. Monthly support goes straight to the creator.
Every paid slot on the home page, in the newsletter or in a post is marked "Promoted".
After a successful campaign the token trades on Uniswap on Polygon. Backfolk gives you an interface built on Uniswap, nothing more.
Both documents are written in English, and English is their binding language. A short summary sits at the top of each one.
